We joined Checkatrade in 2008 and have received glowing recommendations from all our customers.

Checkatrade gives every customer the opportunity to tell us what they think of the service they receive. The overall score is made up from six different headings covering the both the finished job and the initial quotation etc.

Every customer that has chooses Windows Plus to install their new windows or doors is given a feedback form along with their final invoice. They are asked to complete a score out of ten for estimating, tidiness, timekeeping, courtesy, workmanship and value for money.

Checkatrade as a company monitor our performance on new installations as well as taking references from past customers. Their website allows you to view our past customers reports on our work, download reports on our past performance and gives you the opportunity to give your report on our work as well.

In the two years since joining Checkatrade we are very proud of our overall rating of 9.8 out of 10.
